Order & Retuns / Shipping Policy

At Spencer Supplies, we strive to ensure your shipment arrives safely and in excellent condition. However, all orders are shipped F.O.B shipping point, meaning responsibility for any transit damage lies with the carrier. Please follow these steps if damage occurs:
1. Inspect Shipment Immediately: Examine your delivery upon arrival. If visible damage exists, ensure it is documented on the freight bill.
2. Check for Concealed Damage: Open the shipment promptly to inspect for any hidden damage.
3. Notify the Carrier: If damage is found, contact the delivering carrier immediately and request an inspection. Follow up your call with a written request for inspection and retain a copy of your request for your records.
4. Carrier Responsibility: While we take all necessary precautions to secure your shipment, responsibility for damages shifts to the carrier once the shipment leaves our facility.
5. Claims Process: All claims for damages must be filed directly with the carrier as soon as possible. Do not return damaged merchandise to us without first obtaining a Return Materials Number (RMA).
6. Return Merchandise Policy: Merchandise returned without an authorized RMA from Spencer Supplies will not be accepted. Ensure you contact us for an RMA before initiating any returns.
